Steve Rock is President and Visionary of Rock Grading, bringing strategic leadership and hands-on experience across finance, operations, and growth. He holds a degree from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business. Mike Rock plays a key leadership role at Rock Grading, overseeing asset management, shop operations, safety compliance, and financial oversight. He manages equipment purchasing, maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships to keep the fleet compliant, reliable, and efficient. Mike is married to his wife Sarah, enjoys playing rugby, and has two cats rescued from Rock Grading’s old yard.

Dana Rock oversees all field operations at Rock Grading, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. She manages scheduling and resource coordination across operators, laborers, drivers, runners, and subcontractors while supporting Supervisors with daily job execution and close-outs. Dana also leads operational system improvements, including Salesforce customization, SOP development, and cross-team coordination with Finance to strengthen performance and builder satisfaction.

Cassie Richter serves as Rock Grading’s Business Development and Project Implementation Lead, managing the full lifecycle of builder partnerships from outreach and bidding through onboarding, launch, and long-term relationship management. She aligns Operations, Supervisors, and Estimating to ensure new communities are set up correctly, launched on time, and supported with clear communication and consistent execution.
