ABC / Crush-n-Run

ABC / Crush-n-Run

ABC (Aggregate Base Course) or crush'n-run is a graded mix of crushed stone and stone dust, typically ranging from ¾ inch down to fine particles, designed to compact tightly for a stable base. It’s commonly used for driveways, road bases, and construction access paths due to its excellent compaction, drainage, and load-bearing properties.

#57/ #67 Stone

ABC / Crush-n-Run

#57 and #67 stone are washed, angular aggregates typically ranging from ½ inch to ¾ inch in size, with little to no fines. They are commonly used for drainage, backfill, and under-slab support due to their ability to promote water flow and maintain structural stability.

#3 Temporary Drive Stone

#3 stone aggregate is a large, angular aggregate typically ranging from 1½ to 3 inches in size. It is commonly used for construction entrances, temporary driveways, and site stabilization, providing strong traction and support in heavy-traffic areas. It is especially effective at reducing mud tracking and helping ensure trucks enter roadways with cleaner tires.

#78 Pea Gravel

Rip Rap-Class A

#78 pea gravel is a small, rounded or lightly crushed stone, typically around ⅜ inch in size. It is commonly used for bedding plumbing pipes, decorative landscaping, walkways, and light drainage applications where a clean, smooth finished appearance is desired.

Rip Rap-Class A

Rip Rap-Class A

Rip Rap-Class A

Class A rip rap consists of large, angular stone typically ranging from 6 to 12 inches in size. It is used for erosion control along slopes, ditches, and drainage channels by stabilizing soil and reducing the impact of flowing water.

Rip Rap-Class B

Rip Rap-Class A

Rip Rap-Class A

Class B rip rap is an extra-large, heavy stone typically ranging from 12 to 24 inches or more in size. It is designed for severe erosion control in high-flow areas such as streams, embankments, and stormwater outlets.

Screenings

Screenings are very fine crushed stone particles, generally smaller than ¼ inch, created during the stone crushing process. They compact tightly and are commonly used for leveling, paver bases, and as a finishing layer for a smooth, stable surface.

Fill Dirt

Fill dirt is unscreened soil composed of a mix of sand, clay, and small rocks, with minimal organic material. It is commonly used for building up elevations, backfilling, and general site grading where compaction is required.

Structural Clay

Structural clay is a dense, fine-grained material composed primarily of very small particles that compact tightly. It is commonly used for building pads, grade stabilization, and areas requiring a strong, low-permeability foundation.

Screened Topsoil

Screened Topsoil

Screened topsoil is nutrient-rich soil that has been processed to remove debris, rocks, and large clumps. It is typically used for final grading, seeding, and landscaping to promote healthy plant growth.

Mortar Sand

Screened Topsoil

Concrete Sand

Mortar sand is a fine, clean aggregate made up of small, uniform particles. It is commonly used in masonry applications such as brick, block, and stone work, providing a smooth, workable consistency.

Concrete Sand

Screened Topsoil

Concrete Sand

Concrete sand is a coarse aggregate with larger, gritty particles compared to mortar sand. It is widely used in concrete production, bedding applications, and drainage systems due to its strength and permeability.
